Opportunity:

RN - Telemetry

Job Details:

* Work on an Orthopedic Telemetry unit with 23 beds
* Patient ratio of 5:1
* Work alongside a team of 9-10 staff members per shift
* Day shift team consists of 1 CNC, 5 RNs, 3 PCTs, and 1 Unit Secretary
* Night shift team consists of 1 CNC, 5 RNs, and 3 PCTs
* Perform post-operative care for total joint replacement, general surgery, plastics, and gynecology patients
* Work with telemetry equipment, lift equipment, cryotherapy, SCDs, and bedside pulse-oximeters
* Document using Meditech EMR system
* Med-surg telemetry experience required
* Telemetry competency required
* Orthopedic experience preferred
* On-call required in the event of low census
* Floating to Surgical Telemetry may be required
* Required certification: BLS
* Scrub color: Navy
