Open Position: Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2569.60

Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - Variable 8 hrs

Job Details:

* 8-hour variable shifts with start times between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM and end times between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM
* 32 guaranteed hours per week (hours not guaranteed during orientation week or holidays when unit is closed)
* No weekend rotation and no holiday rotation
* No on-call requirements
* Primary locations are Oconto and Marinette campuses, approximately 23 minutes apart via HWY 41
* Must be available to work both Oconto and Marinette locations - same staff at both sites
* Location for each shift is communicated the day before; rarely required to travel between facilities in the same day
* May be required to float to Green Bay surgery location for entire shifts to fulfill weekly hours
* Work in a same-day surgery unit covering Oconto (3 ORs) and Marinette (4 ORs)
* Cases include orthopedics (total joints, sports medicine), podiatry, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, and GI procedures
* Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience required
* Epic charting experience required within the past 2 years
* Required certifications: Surgical Tech certification and AHA BLS
* Associate Degree or Certificate required
* Scrubs provided on-site at each location; any solid color permitted
* Must be located outside a 50-mile radius of Bellin Health
* Strong time management, adaptability, and interpersonal skills preferred
