Job Details:

* Variable start times: 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 3:00 PM
* Weekend coverage required with 3 on-call shifts (24-hour call shifts) per 6-week schedule
* 1 night shift call (11:00 PM 7:00 AM) per week required
* 20-minute response time required for on-call shifts
* Must be willing to float to Healdsburg or Santa Rosa Memorial
* Float between Santa Rosa and Petaluma possible but not likely
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* At least 1 year of OR experience required
* Strong orthopedic skills required (ORTHO levels 3 and 4 on checklist this is a hard stop)
* Must be comfortable treating patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Daily census ranges from 6 to 25 patients across 4 rooms
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
* Charting system experience required: Epic
* Required skills include but are not limited to: sports medicine, orthopedic fractures, total joints, general surgery, gynecology, and urology procedures
* Additional skills include: arthroscopy, laparoscopic assisted procedures, spinal fusion, laminectomy/discectomy, open and closed reduction of fractures, total joint replacement, conscious sedation monitoring, Mako Surgical System, Hana Table, A-line setup and management, and wound management
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, to be provided during compliance process and prior to start
* Must disclose any prior work history at a Providence facility upon submission

Interdisciplinary support is available through physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, social services, rapid response teams, and interpretation services, ensuring a collaborative and well-resourced environment for patient care.
