Open Position: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Opportunity:

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

* Work 40 hours per week in a state-of-the-art Cath Lab facility
* Call required 1 weekend per month and 1-2 days per week
* Float to Cath Lab and Outpatient Stress Test as needed
* Work within a 4-person team with a 1 patient ratio per case
* Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures including Left Heart Cath, Right Heart Cath, TEEs, Cardioversion, Pacer Implants, Defibrillator Implants, TILT, and Stress Tests
* Utilize Cath Lab equipment including GE, IVUS, and VOLCANO systems
* Document using Merge-Cath Lab Application and Meditech systems
* Work with Cath Lab Scrub Techs per case
* Solid color scrubs required
* Minimum 2 years of similar Cath Lab procedure experience required
* Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab travel experience required
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS for Cath Lab RNs and Techs
* Techs must hold valid ARRT and RCIS certification
* Kentucky Radiology Tech licensure required
* All techs must have Cath Lab-specific experience

The facility operates two Cath Lab suites and offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
