Opportunity:

RN L&D OB GYN CLINIC no call no wknds

Job Details:

* 9-hour day shifts from 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM
* Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
* No weekend shifts required
* No on-call responsibilities
* 2 years of L&D RN experience required
* C-EFM certification preferred and strongly encouraged
* Required certifications: BLS, C-EFM
* AWHONN Beginner and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required
* Charting via EPIC required
* Patient ratio of 1:2
* Scrub color: Navy
* Expected to complete at least 25 Non-Stress Tests (NSTs) daily between two RNs
* Daily census and number of visits per day: 25
* NST clinic staffing only - no other clinical functions required
* Providers from every practice available in clinic and via EPIC secure chat
* May float within scope to meet clinic needs
* Skills required include: High Risk OB, OB/GYN, vital signs, placenta abruptio/previa, pregnancy-induced hypertension, pulse oximetry, scheduling appointments, use of external fetal heart monitoring (EFM), vaginal bleeding management, and NSTs
* Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services and phlebotomy
* First-time travelers accepted provided the nurse has L&D experience, C-EFM certification, and is familiar with NSTs

Facility:

This outpatient pavilion is part of a large, well-established academic health system offering comprehensive women's health and OB/GYN clinic services. The facility is staffed with providers across multiple practices and utilizes EPIC for secure communication and charting. The clinic environment is structured and collaborative, with interdisciplinary support services including phlebotomy and interpretation services available to support patient care.
