Opportunity:

Radiology - U/S - LUH

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* 1 weekend shift required every other weekend
* On-call requirements include 1 12-hour call shift per week and 1 24-hour call shift every other weekend
* Holiday on-call requirements apply
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
* Perform general ultrasound studies including thyroids, abdomen, pelvis, and other imaging
* Average of 6-8 scans/studies performed per day
* Work in a 2-scanner/room department with no floating or coverage of other areas required
* Experience working with patients of all ages and covering all imaging areas required
* No IV starts required
* Utilize Philips Epiq equipment and Epic EMR/PACS system
* Radiologist available in-house during the day and on-call 24/7
* Professional scrub colors required (scrubs not provided)
* Must be within 60 miles of facility with valid driver's license required
* Rad badge must be provided by agency
* Must be available in-state for full week of orientation
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), RDMS-AB via ARDMS, RDMS-BR via ARDMS

This acute care facility operates as a Level 3 Trauma Center providing comprehensive radiology and ultrasound services. The department utilizes advanced imaging technology and an integrated electronic medical records system to support high-quality diagnostic services. Radiologist support is available both in-house during daytime hours and on-call around the clock to ensure continuous patient care coverage.
