Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Labor & Delivery unit located on the 3rd floor of the Main Building
* Unit consists of 14 LDRPs and 2 ORs
* Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 maximum for Labor & Delivery and 3:1 for Postpartum per AWHONN guidelines
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge RN, 2-3 Labor & Delivery RNs, and 2-3 Postpartum RNs
* Perform procedures including versions, C-sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&Cs
* Work with Beacon EMR, CPN, and Meditech equipment
* Minimum 6 months of current CST L&D experience required
* BLS certification required
* Active NBST, DORA, and Colorado certifications required
* LDRP experience preferred
* Postpartum experience preferred
* Ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented

Facility:

This facility features a dedicated Labor & Delivery unit with 14 LDRPs and 2 operating rooms, supported by a team of approximately 60 staff members. The unit is equipped with modern technology including Beacon EMR, CPN, and Meditech systems to support comprehensive patient care. The facility maintains strong staffing ratios in alignment with AWHONN guidelines to ensure the highest quality of care for both Labor & Delivery and Postpartum patients.
