Opportunity:

RN - Ortho/Neuro/Peds

Job Details:

* Work on a 30-bed Orthopedic/Neuro/Pediatrics unit located on the 6th floor
* Patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6
* Day shift staffing includes 1 clinical coordinator, 5 RNs, 2 techs, and 1 unit secretary
* Night shift staffing includes 5 RNs and 2 techs
* Provide post-operative care for orthopedic, spine surgical, and podiatry patients
* Work with Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, and SCDs
* Utilize Meditech EMR system
* BLS certification required
* PALS certification preferred
* Experience with post-operative orthopedic care preferred
* Ability to care for pediatric patients preferred
* Strong communication skills required
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong patient advocacy skills preferred
* Scrub color: Navy Blue or White
* No hoodies, pull-overs, or T-shirts permitted
