Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2688.88

Opportunity:

RN - Progressive Care Unit

Job Details:

* Patient ratio of 4:1 on PCU patients
* Every other weekend and holiday shifts required
* No on-call requirements
* Overtime available for those who want it
* Block schedules cannot be guaranteed but preferred schedule will be accommodated when possible
* Care for a wide variety of cardiac and respiratory patients
* Float to ICU preferred
* Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team
* Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons
* Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
* Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills
* Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care
* Participate in continuing education
* Maintain complete and accurate medical records
* Required certifications: Current Illinois Registered Nurse license, CPR/BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
