Open Position: RN - Case Management

Opportunity:

RN - Oncology/Surgical Oncology Ambulatory Clinic

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule
* Work in an ambulatory clinic setting on the 2nd floor
* See approximately 12 patients per day
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Primary patient diagnoses include breast cancer screening and breast nodule/mass
* Majority of work involves preoperative patients scheduled for OR procedures and care coordination
* Perform simple dressing changes and occasional blood draws
* Assist with breast biopsy and fine needle procedures
* Provide pre and post-operative education to patients
* Assist with clinic procedures as needed
* Interdisciplinary support available including interpretation services, phlebotomy, and radiology
* BSN required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Oncology or surgical oncology experience required
* Care coordination experience required
* Data abstraction experience required
* Epic charting system experience required and must be noted in work history
* Required certifications: BLS
* California state license required in-hand when applying
* Two supervisor references required when applying
* Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
