Job Details:

* Block schedule required
* Every other weekend required with 6-7 weekend shifts per contract
* No on-call required
* Patient ratio of 1:3 for days, nights, and weekends
* May float between 2 sister facilities
* Scrub color: Any color
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* No parking fee
* Patients include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Family maternity and OB experience required, including C-sections
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Required procedures include arterial punctures and administering medication
* Required equipment experience: Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Airvo2, and Panda
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Washington state license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT
* Key skills include adult critical care, BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, mechanical ventilation weaning, tracheostomy care, intubation assist, drawing arterial blood gases, and sputum specimen collection

Facility:

This is a Critical Access facility with no trauma designation, featuring 25 total staffed beds and operating as a teaching hospital. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, lift teams, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretarial support. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and provides a collaborative care environment focused on serving a diverse patient population.
