Med/Surg Tele RN

Job Details:

* 18-week contract preferred; 13-week contracts also accepted
* Day/Night rotating shift: 7:00 PM?7:30 AM / 7:00 AM?7:30 PM
* Shifts may be variable based on operational needs of the unit; facility will do their best to honor preferred shift but reserves the right to rotate if necessary
* Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED to care for the same patient population
* Must work at least every other holiday
* Minimum 12 months permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry required
* Must hold a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications must be active and in hand: ACLS, BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), and NIHSS
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both is required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months is required
* All requested time off must be discussed during the interview and included at the time of submission
