Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Flexibility required for day and evening hours as needed
* On-call requirements of 1-2 call shifts per week from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
* 1:1 patient ratio (estimated, not guaranteed)
* Work in a 14-OR operating room unit alongside a team of 70 FTEs
* Day shift team includes 1 charge nurse, 1 RN/1 ST per OR, PCTs, ATs, and trauma team
* Night shift team includes 1 charge nurse, 1 RN, and 1 ST
* Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital experience as a CST required
* NBSTA and DORA certifications required prior to submission
* BLS certification required
* Must have Ortho/Joint experience
* Level I and trauma experience preferred
* Prior Meditech EMR experience preferred
* Typical procedures include neuro, transplants, and ortho/spine
* Must be a team player with a high level of accountability, expertise, and self-direction

This facility is a well-established acute care hospital featuring 14 operating rooms and a robust surgical team. The facility supports a wide range of complex procedures including neurological, transplant, and orthopedic/spine surgeries. With a dedicated trauma team and a staff of 70 FTEs, the facility is equipped to handle high-acuity cases and maintains a strong commitment to quality patient care and teamwork.
