Open Position: Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2449.00

Opportunity:

RRT / Pediatrics / NICU Level 4, Peds Cardiac

Job Details:

* Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Holiday rotation required
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* Floating within scope may be required depending on experience
* No floating to sister facilities required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; 3 years preferred
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: RRT certification, BLS, PALS, NRP
* Accepted licenses: NBRC and SC RCP (South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider)
* South Carolina RRT license must be in hand at time of start
* Pediatric, neonate, and infant experience required
* Epic charting experience preferred
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Skills required include: bronchoscopy, extubation, NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics
* Patient age groups include: neonates, adolescents, infants, and pediatrics
* Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Block scheduling may be accommodated with prior approval but is not guaranteed
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission

This is a Magnet-designated teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center with 865 staffed beds. The facility offers a highly specialized environment supporting advanced pediatric and neonatal care, including a Level 4 NICU and pediatric cardiac services. The organization utilizes Epic as its charting system and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care across a wide range of critical and specialty services.
