Opportunity:

RN - Labor and Delivery

Job Details:

* Rotating shift schedule with various days of the week
* Patient ratio of 1:2
* Weekend shifts required per unit needs, approximately 5-6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
* On-call required per unit needs
* Float required within Women and Infant unit and may be required to float within metro region per facility needs
* Work within a 19-room Women and Infants Labor and Delivery unit
* Charting system: Epic (experience preferred)
* Scrub color: Navy
* 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience required; previous travel experience preferred, first-time travelers not accepted
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate
* Colorado or Compact RN license required
* Maximum of 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
* RTO is not allowed during the following time periods: September 2 September 12, 2026; October 25 November 4, 2026; November 22 December 2, 2026; December 20 January 3, 2027
* No blocked scheduling requests permitted
* Interdisciplinary support available including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Services, and Rapid Response Teams

The Labor and Delivery unit consists of 19 rooms and supports a high volume of births per month. The facility provides robust interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary services, ensuring a collaborative and well-resourced environment for both patients and healthcare professionals.
