Clinic EP RN

Job Details:

* Outpatient EP RN role in an Ambulatory Cardiology Office setting
* Monday through Friday schedule only, no weekend shifts required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Adult cardiac patients only - consults and follow-ups
* Support EP Device Division utilizing MURJ for remote reports and alerts
* Support back office Medical Assistant team with higher level patient advice requests
* Triage urgent patient symptoms
* Supervise Stress Tests
* Facility sees approximately 100 visits per day across 18 rooms
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* EP Tech experience and device management experience highly preferred; cardiology experience considered
* Device readers used as special equipment
* Required skills include: Activated Clotting Time (ACT), antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, cardioversion, dobutamine, electrophysiology (EP) lab, emergency medications, radiation and laser safety, starting and maintaining IVs, and cardiology experience
* Required certification: BLS
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years

This outpatient ambulatory cardiology office specializes in electrophysiology and cardiac device management, serving adult cardiac patients through consultations and follow-up visits. The facility supports a high patient volume of approximately 100 visits per day and utilizes modern technology including Epic for charting and MURJ for remote device monitoring and alerts. The team environment includes Medical Assistants and interpretation services to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary patient care.
