Opportunity:

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 5x8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday with a 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start time and end time of 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM
* On-call requirement of 2 days per week and 1-2 weekends per month
* Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required
* Cath Lab experience must include structural heart, vascular, diagnostic, Impella, ECMO, and emergent cath cases
* EPIC experience required
* California RN license required
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC)
* BSN preferred
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans to attain desired patient outcomes
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe, healing, and caring patient care
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Provide health information and education to patients, families, and treatment team members
