Home Health PT - Seaside OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts
* 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patients visited per day; 30 productivity points standard
* No weekend requirements
* No on-call requirements
* Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Local candidates accepted within 50-75 mile radius
* Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
* Traveler must have their own reliable transportation
* Occasional maximum travel radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day; system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
* Attire: Business casual; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required with no specific color requirement
* Charting system: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover phone app; OASIS experience required
* Free parking available
* Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
* Required certification: BLS
* Skills required include acute care, rehabilitation, body mechanics, orthopedic conditions, neurological conditions, post-stroke rehabilitation, home exercise program development, and patient/family education
