Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
* Every other weekend and holiday requirement
* Every third weekend and holiday coverage required
* Patient ratio of 1:32
* Work with all diagnoses in post-acute care setting
* Use Point Click Care (PCC) electronic medical record system
* Complete location-specific orientation pathway with staff
* BSN degree not required
* BLS Certification required
* IV-C preferred for LPNs
* No on-call or call back responsibilities
* 2 weeks notice required for cancellation
* Backouts and quits with less than 14 days notice incur $500 fee
