Opportunity:

Interventional Radiology Technician

Job Details:

* Minimum 18 months of experience in specialty required, 2 years preferred
* Additional Cath/EP experience preferred as candidates may be floated
* On-call required
* May float within scope to meet facility needs
* May be required to float to sister facilities within 20 miles (3 hospital locations)
* Block scheduling not available
* Guaranteed hours: 36 hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 hours for 8/10-hour shifts
* Required certifications: ARRT, Florida state license, AHA ACLS, and BLS
* RCIS preferred in addition to required certifications
* Scrub color: Ceil Blue
* Charting system: EPIC
* Parking: Free in any unrestricted space
* Required skills include: Adrenal Angiography, Angioplasty, Aortography, Chemoembolization, Embolization, ERCP, IVC filter placement and removal, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Paracentesis, Stent Placement, Thoracentesis, Nephrostomy, Gastrostomy, Cystoscopy, Uterine Arterial Embolization, Endovascular Interventions, Vascular Closure Systems, and more
* Must be comfortable working with Young Adult, Middle Adult, and Older Adult patient populations
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of candidacy submission

Facility:

This short-term acute care teaching facility operates across three hospital locations within 20 miles of one another and features 521 staffed beds. The facility is equipped with EPIC charting and provides a comprehensive range of interventional radiology services. As a teaching institution, it maintains high standards of patient care and offers a dynamic clinical environment supported by interdisciplinary teams.
