Job Details:

* Work 8-hour night shifts
* Every other weekend requirement
* Every other holiday requirement
* Post-acute care setting
* Patient ratio of 1:10
* Assist patients with all cares including transfers, toileting, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Common patient diagnoses include CHF, heart failure, falls, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* Active CNA license required for submission
