RN - OR

Job Details:

* 10-hour shifts with a rotating day off
* Saturday and Sunday shifts from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM; Monday shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (3 shifts per week)
* Minimal call requirements - only 1 to 2 shifts every 6 weeks
* 2 years of experience preferred
* Travel experience required
* Charting system: Epic (required)
* BLS certification required
* Trauma Level I experience required
* 1:1 patient ratio
* Required experience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Neurology, Vascular, and Urology
* Preferred experience in Da Vinci Robotic Surgery, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmology
* Skills include but are not limited to: total joint replacement, craniotomy, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, carotid endarterectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, cholecystectomy, laparoscopic assisted procedures, and robotic-assisted surgeries
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* 14-room/14-bed unit with a daily census of 45

The facility supports advanced robotic surgical procedures and endovascular capabilities, providing a high-acuity environment with a strong emphasis on surgical excellence. The operating room team works collaboratively across multiple surgical disciplines to deliver quality care to patients of all ages.
