Job Details:

* Tuesday through Saturday schedule
* Acute inpatient physical therapy setting, primarily med-surg and hospitalist referrals
* Must be able to work independently, as you will be the only therapist in acute care on Saturdays
* Strong time management skills required
* Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Preferred experience with pediatrics (not required)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience required
* At least 1 year of experience specifically required
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Required skills: Lifting and Transfer/ER/ICU/Med-Surg
* Preferred skills: Patient Transport to/from Treatment/Admissions
* Required certifications: BLS, CA state license, Manual Therapy
* California state license required; compact license must be in hand at submission
* May occasionally be asked to travel to Santa Rosa facility if able
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
* 2 professional references required, covering 1 year within the last 3 years

This facility is an acute care inpatient setting with a strong focus on physical therapy services driven primarily by med-surg and hospitalist referrals. The organization provides interdisciplinary support and serves a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. The facility is part of a larger health system with sister facilities nearby, and travelers may be expected to float between locations as needed.
