Opportunity:

OT - Occupational Therapy

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts with no weekends or on-call responsibilities
* Shift times may vary between 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
* Inpatient acute care setting with a bed size of 8
* Prepare and lead at least 2 structured groups per day
* Conduct 1:1 sessions as needed
* Conduct cognitive testing when ordered, including MoCA, SLUMS, and CPT assessments
* Experience in behavioral therapy setting required
* Experience with SLUMS (St. Louis University Mental Status Exam), MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment), and CPT (Cognitive Performance Testing) required
* Active listening, communication, activity analysis and adaptation, psychological knowledge, group therapy techniques, and flexibility required
* EPIC charting system experience required
* Dress code: Pewter scrubs and business casual
* 1 week orientation with lead therapist
* Required licensure: OTR/L with active OT license in state of practice
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
