AN - Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (RNC)

Job Details:

* Work night shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
* 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
* Every other weekend (EOW) required
* Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
* Floating required within the same building
* Unit: Long-Term Care (LTC)
* 40-bed unit
* Common patient diagnoses include MS, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care
* 1+ years of experience in a long-term care facility required
* EMR experience with PointClickCare required
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* Current BLS certification required
* Active LPN NY license required
