Job Details:

* Day shift position working 4 - 10 hour shifts, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
* On-call requirements included with the position
* On-call every other weekend or potentially every third weekend depending on staffing
* If not on weekend call, on-call is approximately 2 days per week
* If on weekend call, 1 additional on-call day that week
* On-call rotation details will be discussed with Nurse Manager during phone screen
* Minimum 12 months permanent Cath Lab experience required
* Must have experience in circulating and documenting
* Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS - must be active and in hand
* Epic experience required
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation - acceptable score required on both
* Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments
* Must be available to work at least every other holiday
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required from assignments worked within the past 12 months
