Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* 3x12-hour rotating shifts with day shift running 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and night shift running 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Rotating schedule has no specific cadence - rotation may vary from a month of each shift, to 2 weeks of each shift, to occasional one-week swaps; shifts will never swap within a couple of days or within the same week
* Self-scheduling
* Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
* Past critical care experience required
* Cerner charting system experience highly preferred
* Travel experience preferred
* Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Float to like units required
* 3 weekend shifts per contract required
* Caring for adult and geriatric patient populations
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS
* Key skills include ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, management of dysrhythmias, blood product administration, and ICP monitoring

As one of the ten largest general hospitals in its state, this 303-bed facility provides comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, rapid response teams, and social services to support both patients and clinical staff.
