RN - Med/Surg Telemetry

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 3 x 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Minimum of 12 months combined permanent experience in specialty required
* Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (must be obtained prior to start)
* All required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission - no pending certifications accepted
* Epic EMR experience required
* One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required for submission
* References must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months - co-worker references will not be accepted
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* Traveler must work at least every other holiday
