PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

* 5x8 hour day shifts
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Position accepts first-time travelers
* Charting system experience required; Epic system used
* Patients served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 33 patients
* Required certifications: BLS, TX PT license (pending license accepted)
* Skills required include but are not limited to: adaptive devices, gait training, orthopedics, neurology, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal conditions, vestibular therapy, ultrasound, therapeutic exercises, and wound/pain assessment
* Experience with outpatient clinic setting required
* All requested time off must be listed at time of submittal

The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and maintains a daily census of 33 patients.
