Open Position: RN - ICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2093.80

ICU RN

Job Details:

* 13-week contract
* 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Rotation schedule with no specific cadence - could be a month of each, 2 weeks of each, or occasional one-week swaps (swaps will not occur within a couple days or within the same week)
* Self-scheduling
* Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* 3 weekend shifts per contract required
* Float to like units required
* Treats adult and geriatric patient populations
* Daily census of 20 patients across 20 beds
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, rapid response teams, and more
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Past critical care experience required
* Cerner charting system experience highly preferred
* Travel experience preferred
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS
* Key skills include ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, ICP monitoring, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, blood product administration, and management of multisystem organ dysfunction/failure

As one of the largest general hospitals in the region, the facility provides comprehensive critical care services supported by a robust interdisciplinary team including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, social services, and rapid response teams.
