Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Specialty Unit

Job Details:

* Work in a 26-bed Cardiac Specialty Unit with a 1:4 patient ratio
* Unit staffing includes Charge Nurse, Bedside Nurse, PCT, and Unit Secretary support
* Self-scheduling with weekend requirements: three weekend shifts in a four-week period on day shift and four weekend shifts in a four-week period on night shift
* No on-call requirements
* Float to Telemetry, Medical/Surgical, and OSS units as needed
* Telemetry experience required
* Advanced skills in managing cardiac patients post-procedure preferred
* Perform titration of IV medications including cardiac, heparin, and insulin
* Experience with pacemakers required
* Documentation completed using Meditech system
* Required dress code: Royal blue scrub top with black pants
