Open Position: RN - Med Surg Tele

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $4023.00

Opportunity:

LTAC MS/TELE - NIGHT

Job Details:

* Night shift position on a Long-Term Acute Care Medical/Telemetry unit
* 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
* 36 or 48 hours per week also accepted
* Weekends are supported by rotating on-call among 6 to 8 staff members
* On-call required after 5:00 PM daily and on weekends, supported by Primary and Backup call
* Contract options available for 13 or 26 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of Medical/Telemetry experience required
* Neurology experience required
* LTAC experience preferred
* 1 year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* Required skills: Complex wound care, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, tracheostomy care and management
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Daily census of 15 patients
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and unit secretary
* Floating to other units and campuses may be required based on census needs
* Must be qualified and demonstrate competency for any unit floated to
* Pre-assignment testing and modules required to be completed within 48 hours of receiving login information
