Job Details:

* Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team
* May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
* Every other weekend schedule required
* No on-call responsibilities
* At least 2 years of previous Med Surg experience required
* Stepdown/Cardiac experience preferred, as traveler will float to the Stepdown unit as needed
* First time travelers accepted
* Patient ratio is 1:5-6 on days and 1:6-7 on nights
* RNs work with Patient Care Techs
* Black or Navy Blue scrubs required
* Must work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
* EMR system: EPIC
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
* Iowa and Illinois state licenses required
* Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
* Driver's license required
* Work history/resume required
* Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
* License verification required
* Copy of required certifications required
* 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
