Opportunity:

TRAVEL - RN - PEDS CVOR RN

Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* On-call team covers night shift responsibilities
* 8 OR rooms within the Pediatric OR unit
* Patient ratio of 1:1 (estimated, never guaranteed)
* Work alongside Charge RNs, RNs, CSTs, and Anesthesia team with support from service line leaders
* Perform and assist with a variety of surgical procedures including Orthopedic, ENT, Urology, Spine, General, GYN, Endoscopy, Plastics, and Cardiac
* Manage the operating room, assist surgeons, monitor vital signs, and provide pre- and post-operative care
* Utilize Belmont Rapid Fusion equipment
* EMR systems: Meditech and CPN
* Minimum 1 year of current hospital Pediatric CVOR RN experience required
* Cardiac/Open Heart surgery experience required
* BLS and ACLS certifications required
* Pediatric experience preferred
* CVOR/Cardiac experience preferred
* Ability to function in multiple service lines preferred
* Strong teamwork, patient care, and communication skills expected

This pediatric-focused hospital is a comprehensive healthcare facility offering a wide range of surgical services within a dedicated pediatric operating room environment. The unit consists of 8 ORs supported by a skilled team of 25 staff members, including experienced service line leaders who provide ongoing team support. The facility is equipped with modern technology and maintains a strong commitment to quality patient care across multiple surgical specialties.
