Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Travel RN position in the ICU/Surgical ICU unit
* 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Unit is located on the 2nd floor with 26 beds
* Patient ratios of 1:2, with 1:1 ratio for high acuity patients including post-CABG patients (estimated ratios, not guaranteed)
* Day shift team consists of 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 1 Patient Care Tech
* Work with equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia devices, and ECMO
* EMR system: Meditech
* Care for trauma patients, post-CABG, post-TAVR, and general post-surgical ICU patients
* Perform procedures including chest tube management, central line care, and medication drips
* Minimum 1 year of current hospital ICU experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH
* TNCC certification preferred
* Prior experience traveling to large trauma facilities preferred
* Ideal candidate is driven, organized, efficient, and maintains a positive and engaged attitude
