Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule
* Block scheduling type
* 40 hours of orientation required
* Patient ratios: 4 patients during days, 4 patients during nights, 2 patients on weekends
* Average 1 patient per hour with approximately 20 visits per day across 3 rooms
* Serves patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Level I trauma experience required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers accepted with 2 years of Level I trauma experience)
* Adult ICU, Pediatrics, and Adult Acute Care experience required
* Siemens, McKesson, and Cerner experience required
* Required certifications: ARRT MR, ARRT R, and BLS
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Previous charge experience preferred
* LTAC experience preferred
* Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Proficiency with a wide range of MRI skills including abdomen, brain, breast, chest, spinal trauma, and various imaging techniques required
* Experience with special equipment including Medtronic Pacemaker Programmer, Medical Implant Programming, and MRI monitoring equipment required
* Voluntary call and voluntary float required
* Must be able to work 50% of holidays occurring during the contract
* Position requires ambulating, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs
* Missouri license or compact license in hand required
* No locals within 50 miles eligible

Facility:

This healthcare facility is a Level I trauma center operating a 24/7 MRI department with an average of 20 patient visits per day. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, social services, lift teams, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation. The organization serves a diverse patient population across multiple care settings including trauma, emergency, ICU, and outpatient services.
