Open Position: Dietitian - Registered Dietician

Opportunity:

RD - Kidney Clinic

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* No weekend or on-call requirements
* Located on the 2nd floor of the Methodist Transplant Institute building
* See approximately 15-20 patients in clinic per day
* Participate in patient selection committee 4 days a week for approximately 1 hour
* Perform dietitian evaluations for patient nutritional status, frailty testing, and weight/lifestyle recommendations for transplant recipients pre/post and donors
* Work with equipment including computer, dynamometer, and handheld stopwatch (supplied by facility)
* Use EMR systems Teleresults and Meditech
* Must be able to work independently with little guidance
* Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
* Transplant or renal experience preferred
* Required certification: Registered Dietitian
* Dress code: Business professional or dark gray scrubs
