Open Position: Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2569.60

Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - Variable 8 hrs

Job Details:

* 13-week contract position
* 8-hour variable shifts with start times between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM and variable end times between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM
* Guaranteed 32 hours per week, except during orientation week and holidays when unit is closed
* No weekend rotation and no holiday rotation
* No on-call responsibilities
* Primary locations are Oconto and Marinette campuses (approximately 23 minutes apart via HWY 41)
* Must be available to work both locations with the same staff team - location determined the day before shift
* May be required to float to Green Bay surgery location for entire shifts to fulfill hours (shifts will not be split between locations)
* Work in same-day surgery unit performing procedures including orthopedics (total joints, sports medicine), podiatry, ENT, general, gynecological, and GI procedures
* Oconto campus has 3 operating rooms and Marinette campus has 4 operating rooms
* Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience required
* Associate Degree or Certificate required
* Epic charting experience required within the past 2 years
* Required certifications: Surgical Tech certification and AHA BLS
* Scrubs provided on-site at each location - any solid color permitted
* Candidates must be located outside a 50-mile radius of Bellin Health
* Strong time management, resilience, adaptability, and interpersonal skills preferred
