Opportunity:
RAPID RESPONSE - NEW RATE
Job Details:
* 6-week assignment with 36 hours guaranteed per week
* 4 x 9-hour shifts per week
* 2 nights of on-call required per scheduling period
* Every third weekend required
* No time off requests or special scheduling accommodations
* Day shift hours: 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM (CVL) and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (pre-post, variable)
* Patient ratio of 3 staff to 1 patient in Cath Lab procedural area
* Must be housed within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab for on-call responsibilities
* On-call is divided evenly through the 4-week schedule, typically 8-12 days
* Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience required
* Perform procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests
* Work with GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment
* EMR system: Meditech
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), and RCIS or RCES
* If holding RCIS or RCES, must be willing and able to apply for and register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA prior to starting
* ARRT (CI) or (CV) preferred
* Holding experience and monitoring experience preferred
* Positive, flexible personality with engagement in high quality patient care preferred
