Opportunity:

Home Health SLP - Seaside OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

* 4 x 8-hour day shifts
* No weekend requirements
* No on-call requirements
* Patient ratio of 1:1 with up to 6 patient visits per day
* 30 productivity points standard
* Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
* Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* OASIS experience required
* Required certification: BLS
* Oregon state license required; compact license must be in hand at submission
* Traveler must have their own reliable transportation
* Travel radius of approximately 60 miles per day with 60-90 minutes of total drive time
* System groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
* Attire: Business casual; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required with no specific color requirement
* Charting: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health via laptop and Rover phone app/OASIS
* Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
* Free parking available
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Skills include dysphagia, dysarthria, bedside swallow evaluation, oral motor therapy, patient and family education, plan of care, and point of service documentation
