TRAVEL - RN - PEDS CVOR RN

Job Details:

* Day shift hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with hours of operation from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* On-call team covers night shift responsibilities
* 1:1 patient ratio (estimated, never guaranteed)
* Minimum 1 year of current hospital Pediatric CVOR RN experience required
* Cardiac/Open Heart surgery experience is required
* Pediatrics experience preferred
* CVOR/Cardiac experience preferred
* Ability to function in multiple service lines preferred
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* Equipment used includes Belmont Rapid Fusion
* EMR system: Meditech/CPN
* Perform and assist with procedures including orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac surgeries
* Manage the operating room, assist surgeons, monitor vital signs, and provide pre- and post-operative care
* Strong teamwork, patient care experience, and communication skills required
* Unit operates 8 ORs with a staff of 25 including Charge RNs, RNs, CSTs, and Anesthesia

This facility is a dedicated pediatric healthcare organization offering specialized surgical services across a wide range of service lines including cardiac, orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, and plastics. The unit features 8 operating rooms and a team of 25 staff members supported by experienced service line leaders. The facility utilizes modern equipment and technology to deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
