Opportunity:

RN - MICU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Work in a 26-bed Medical ICU unit on Floor 4
* Patient ratio of 2:1 (estimated, never guaranteed)
* Day shift staffing includes Charge RN and PCT; night shift staffing also includes PCT support
* Perform moderate sedation and hemodynamic monitoring and airway management
* Operate CRRT equipment as part of typical unit procedures
* Document using Meditech/CPN EMR system
* Minimum 1 year of current ICU RN hospital experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* Experience traveling to large trauma facilities preferred
* Sono IV and CRRT experience preferred
* Strong teamwork, coachability, adaptability, and positive attitude required

This facility is a large medical center featuring a dedicated Medical ICU with 26 beds and a staff of 65 professionals. The unit is equipped with advanced technology including CRRT equipment and supports a wide range of critical care procedures including moderate sedation and hemodynamic monitoring.
