Job Details:

* 12-hour night shifts from 7:45 PM to 8:15 AM
* Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only
* No weekend RTO permitted
* 36 hours offered per week
* No call requirement
* No float requirement
* Daily caseload of 150-200 scans across 4 rooms
* Typical case load for one tech in an 8-hour shift is 8-12 patients
* Very fast-paced emergency department environment performing routine ED, Code Stroke, and Level II trauma cases
* Patients include infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
* Must be proficient with Siemens Force scanner and GE equipment (Siemens Force is required - do not apply without this experience)
* Additional preferred equipment: S3000 and Sequoia
* Charting system: EPIC and Visage
* Scrubs: Royal Blue
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required skills: Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU
* Preferred skills: Outpatient, IV starts, PACS, contrast, Visage
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(R)(CT)
* Level II Trauma Center experience required
* Experience in a 500+ bed facility required

Facility:

This is a large 650-bed hospital that has recently transitioned to a Level II Trauma Center, offering a wide range of advanced medical services. The facility operates a high-volume emergency department with multiple CT scanning rooms and supports a robust imaging team across all shifts. The department is equipped with state-of-the-art imaging technology and utilizes EPIC and Visage systems to support efficient and accurate patient care.
