Job Details:

* Orthopedics/Spine unit with potential to float to Main OR
* 4x10 day shift schedule
* Call requirements: Three weeknight call shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and three weekend call shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM per 6-week schedule
* Serve patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Work in a 9-room operating room environment
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Experience required in General OR, Spine, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Mako Surgical Robot
* Required certifications: BLS and WA Surgical Tech License
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Skills required include: ambulatory OR, ankle fusion, arthroscopy, aseptic technique, bunionectomy, care of scopes and fiber optic equipment, closed/open reduction of fractures, use of multiple drill types, electrosurgical units, fire safety, general OR, instrument processing, isolation precautions/PPE, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, Mako Surgical System, sharps safety, specimen handling/labeling, spinal fusion, sterilization/disinfection, total hip replacement, total knee replacement, and universal protocol procedures
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Floating between sister facilities may be required; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
