Opportunity:

MA/PSR - Front and Back Office

Job Details:

* Front and back office experience required
* Experience with high-end sales or high-profile clientele strongly preferred
* Chaperone high-profile patients through all aspects of medical care including enrollment, check-in, payment, imaging, and provider visits
* Daily census of 5 to 10 patients per day, with patients spending up to 4 hours per visit receiving VIP treatment
* Serves adults and geriatric patient populations
* No weekend shifts required
* Floating required - traveler must be flexible
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* Professional appearance is a must with outstanding customer service skills
* 3 years of outpatient clinic experience required
* Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only), CMA
* Education: High School Diploma or GED required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Current experience with check-in/check-out and registration required
* HMO/PPO experience required
* High volume call handling experience required
* Room turnover experience required
* Venipuncture expertise required
* Skills include: vital signs, rooming patients, EKG/ECG, venipuncture, insurance verification, immunizations, scheduling appointments, patient check-in/check-out, referrals, urinalysis, and general/family practice support
