Job Details:

* 5x8 shift schedule with flexibility for Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday - must be open to working a weekend shift
* Weekend block schedules also possible per manager discretion
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Required certification: BLS
* California OT state license required
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Position involves evaluation and treatment of general acute care patients with a variety of diagnoses including general surgery, orthopedic surgery, hip fractures, dementia, and deficits in ADLs
* Primary focus on ADL and upper extremity assessments with emphasis on functional outcomes
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Skills required: Acute Care, Adaptive Equipment
* Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period
* Free parking available
* Scrub color: Navy blue
* May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
* RTO must be included at time of submission; must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
