Opportunity:

LTAC MS/TELE - NIGHT

Job Details:

* Position is located on a LTACH unit
* Night shift position
* 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
* 36 or 48 hours per week also acceptable
* Weekends are supported by rotating on-call coverage shared between 6 to 8 staff members
* On-call coverage required after 5:00 PM daily and on weekends with primary and backup call support
* Contract options available for 13 or 26 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of Medical/Telemetry experience required
* Neurology experience required
* LTAC experience preferred
* Minimum 1 year of recent experience required
* Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* Required skills: Complex wound care, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, tracheostomy care and management, MS/Tele in LTAC setting
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Daily census of 15 patients
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and unit secretary
* Floating to other units and campuses may be required based on census needs, limited to units where competencies have been demonstrated and documented
* Pre-assignment testing and online modules required to be completed within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
