Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience required as an RN
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Day shift staffed with 5-7 RNs, 1 ER Tech (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM), and 1 unit secretary (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday)
* Night shift staffed with 5-6 RNs, 1 ER Tech (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM), and 1 unit secretary (5:00 PM - 1:00 AM Monday through Friday)
* High energy, fast-paced environment
* Perform typical procedures including STEMI, Stroke/TPA, and RSI
* Strong neuro and cardiac skills preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, and TNCC
* Preferred scrub color is royal blue, though not required
* No competitor emblems permitted on attire
* 12-bed emergency department unit

This emergency department operates a 12-bed unit recognized for achieving one of the fastest bed-to-patient assignment times in the Gulf Coast Division. The facility is also recognized for a 12-minute door-to-needle TPA response time, reflecting a high-performing and efficient team. The department handles a wide range of critical cases and is supported by experienced staff skilled in cardiac, neurological, and trauma care.
