Job Details:

* Wednesday through Saturday schedule working four 10-hour shifts per week
* Weekends required
* No on-call required
* No floating between units
* Minimum 1 year of sterile processing experience required
* Must be certified in sterile processing (CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA certification required)
* Robotic instrumentation experience required, including Da Vinci Robotics, Da Vinci SP Surgical System, and Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
* Must have experience with acute hospital OR sterile processing
* Scrub color: Any color permitted
* Charting system: Epic (preferred experience)
* No parking fee
* Skills required include: manual cleaning, high-level disinfection, use of washers/sterilizers, case cart, sterilization wrapping procedures, sets/trays assembly, biological and chemical indicators, steam sterilization testing/monitoring, immediate-use steam sterilization (IUSS), ultrasonic cleaner, fiber optics, endoscopy, laparoscopic, Steris and Sterrad testing/monitoring
* Specialty experience includes: general, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ear/nose/throat, plastics, urology, vascular, ortho/total joints, and ophthalmology
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission

This short-term acute care facility operates 418 staffed beds and features 21 operating rooms. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and supports a wide range of surgical specialties including orthopedics, robotics, general surgery, and more. The organization maintains high standards for sterile processing and surgical support services to ensure quality patient care across its diverse patient population of adults and geriatrics.
