Opportunity:

Sterile Processing Tech Lead

Job Details:

* Days shift with potential transition to evenings, to be discussed during interview
* No weekend requirements
* No float requirements
* At least 4 years of recent Sterile Processing Tech Lead experience required
* Strong Robotics experience required, including Da Vinci Robotics and Da Vinci SP Surgical System
* Outpatient experience required - fast-paced Ortho unit
* Service-line lead experience in Ortho, Neuro, Vendor trays, and Robotics required
* Skills required: sterilization, decontamination, assembly/wrap, case cart, and scope/probe reprocessing
* Additional skills required: biological indicators, chemical indicators, high-level disinfection, immediate-use steam sterilization, loaner trays, manual cleaning, and ultrasonic cleaner
* EMR experience required: Cerner and Epic
* Certifications required: BLS and IAHCSMM/HSPA (CBSPD also accepted)
* Work in Sterile Processing Department supporting Ambulatory Surgery and all Orthopedics
* Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Permanent address must be 75 miles from facility
* References required
* Valid state license required at time of submission
* Copy of certifications required
